OSX seems to get confused about whether it should simple bring the app to the forefront or actually move you to the space where that app's only window is running. 2) I have lost a couple modal dialog boxes under their parent windows due to spaces. This is pretty stinky cause you can't move the parent out of the way to get at the dialog. It just plays that stupid "bump" sound as if to reprimand you for trying to do something really silly.
